This 4 bedroom home has everything you will need including a stand-up paddle board, surf boards, bikes, skate boards, a canoe, golf clubs and tennis rackets. You are literally a 5 minute walk from the white sandy beaches of Kingscliff and the delightful Cudgen Creek.

Fridge / Freezer / Oven / Gas Hotplates / Rangehood / Microwave / Dishwasher. The lounge room includes a large TV with easy-to-use remotes.

Located in Kingscliff Beach Village, you will have everything you need at your fingertips. A short 2-minute drive to Kingscliff Village, or a 5-minute stroll down the hill to an array of cafes and restaurants.

Security Bond

This property requires a security bond of $500. 

The bond will be provided by processing a pre-authorisation to the physical credit card upon check in. The credit card must be in the name of the person (or company) in whose name the booking was made. 

If you are arriving after hours, the bond may be paid by:

a)      charging a transaction to a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or

b)     in advance of check-in by depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account, not less than five days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to your accommodation will not be provided until this process is completed.
