Master Bedroom: King size bed and ensuite and wall mounted TV. The spacious master suite has a private balcony with chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunset with a glass of wine or morning coffee. The ensuite boasts a large spa bath with double sinks, and shower. This is perfect for a parents’ retreat to enjoy some quiet moments while on holidays.
Second Bedroom: 2 x King single beds (can be converted to a King bed upon booking).
Third bedroom: 2 x sets bunks (4 x single beds)
Bedroom 2 and 3 have an interconnecting bathroom

Fourth Bedroom: Queen size bed with separate bathroom, shower, vanity and toilet.


The modern fully equipped kitchen is an entertainers delight boasting natural stone benches, gas appliances and all of the mod-cons required. The kitchen connects with the dining room and has plenty of space for up to 10 guests or two small families. Including: breakfast bench, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, gas appliances, rangehood, microwave, kettle and toaster in the fully equipped kitchen.

The house boasts 3 televisions, located in the dining room, media room and master bedroom allowing the whole family to watch their favourite show or the media room is perfect to set the kids up to watch a movie. The living room, dining room, kitchen is open plan and the glass bi-fold doors allow the entire space to merge as one large entertaining room which will be a favourite for family get-togethers and friends catching up.

Only 100m from the beach and a short stroll from the Salt Precinct – you can park your car and enjoy all Kingscliff has to offer on foot, bike or board!

Located in the Salt and Casuarina Village, you have picked the perfect place to come for a holiday. You are a short drive from Coolangatta Airport, Byron Bay and many other attractions. 

If you are staying in the Salt Precinct made sure to check out the Salt Bar and Bistro. There are ample restaurants and cafes including Fins Seafood and La Barrita. Kingscliff is also a short drive over the bridge with even more dining, shopping and drinking choices. 

If you are staying in the Casuarina Village, there is a shopping village with everything you will need for your stay. The Casuarina Coles Centre is also readily on hand for all of your grocery needs. 

Security Bond

This property requires a security bond of $500. 

The bond will be provided by processing a pre-authorisation to the physical credit card upon check in. The credit card must be in the name of the person (or company) in whose name the booking was made. 

If you are arriving after hours, the bond may be paid by:

a)      charging a transaction to a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or

b)     in advance of check-in by depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account, not less than five days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to your accommodation will not be provided until this process is completed.
