Generous Living room, dining room, reading nook and kitchen all overlooking the Lake. Lots of outdoor communal areas including large deck, pool cabana, and front lawn and seating platform near kitchen and BBQ. Outdoor cabana space can be cleared and used for in-house yoga sessions.

Four large bedrooms, 3 with king beds, one with 2 Singles. Two full bathrooms and an additional toilet. Full parents retreat upstairs (one of the master bedrooms) with TV, walk in robe and ensuite.

Set across three levels, games room/garage/laundry at ground level, main living and 3 bedrooms on second level, and separate master ensuite retreat on third level.
