Dreamtime Villa is a stunning holiday home, designed to maximise the beach side location, offering 360 degree views from the roof top terrace. The Villa provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out over the four levels, boasting living and bathrooms on three levels.

The rooftop terrace is where the views will take your breath away. Wollumbin (Mt Warning) rising to the west and the ocean on the east make this an ideal BBQ area for perfect sunrise and sunsets. The moon you will watch rise over the horizon, it truly is a special holiday experience.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: King bed plus ensuite,
Second Bedroom: Queen bed,
Third Bedroom: Bunk Beds + additional single bed.
Please note there is an additional trundle in the third bedroom and sofa bed in the entry way which can be set up upon request, for an additional fee.

Kitchen/Living 

North East facing overlooking the entertaining area and main living room, beautifully designed with a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances including dishwasher, double fridge combined freezer and an island bench with stools for those lovely afternoon meal preparations over cool drinks and nibbles, also ideal as a breakfast bar.
The lounge room on level two has a big screen television with surround sound system and a cozy and comfy spot to curl up to watch a great movie or your favorite sport or enjoy a swing in the pod chair taking in the views.
The undercover BBQ roof top terrace provides you a dining space for sunrise, sunset and star gazing through the night. A lovely outdoor lounge, heating system and dining set with wet bar is a truly unique experience for Kingscliff holiday accommodation.

The Villa is only 50 metres from the beach, a 2 minute drive from the popular coastal village of Salt South Kingscliff and only a 10 minute walk to Kingscliff Bowls Club, Surf Club and Kingscliff Hotel. You can also walk a couple of minutes north to Cudgen Leagues Club.

It is a short drive Coolangatta Airport, Byron Bay and many other attractions.

​Kingscliff has plenty on offer: Kingscliff Beach Hotel, Kingscliff Bowls Club, The Surf Club, many cafes, restaurants and retail stores. There is a large Woolworths and petrol station.

Security Bond

This property requires a security bond of $1,000. 

The bond will be provided by processing a pre-authorisation to the physical credit card upon check in. The credit card must be in the name of the person (or company) in whose name the booking was made. 

If you are arriving after hours, the bond may be paid by:

a)      charging a transaction to a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or

b)     in advance of check-in by depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account, not less than five days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to your accommodation will not be provided until this process is completed.
