LEVEL ONE

This is where you will retreat to unwind at the end of a long day. This level features third bedrooms, a King Bed in the master and a Queen Bed in the Second bedroom,  and a third bedroom with 2 x single bunk beds, there is Plenty of space for the whole family.  The master bedroom features an en-suite and there is an additional main bathroom on this level.

Kitchen/Living 

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans for your convenience. Large island kitchen bench allowing plenty of space to prepare meals or to sit and have breakfast. Pantry cupboard for food storage. Fridge / Freezer / Oven / Gas Hotplates / Rangehood / Convection Microwave / Dishwasher. The lounge room includes a large TV with easy-to-use remotes.

Located in South Kingscliff Beach Village, you will have everything you need at your fingertips. A short 2-minute drive to Kingscliff Village, or a 2-minute stroll across the park to Salt Bar and an array of cafes and restaurants to choose from. 

​Grab your essentials from the Local IGA and Bottle Shop or take a short drive to the new Hub at Casuarina where you will find a Coles and many other shopping needs. 

​Park the car and leave it in the secure car park, as you walk, run or bike around all Kingscliff has to offer. With beach access only 100m away, you are set for your family holiday.

Security Bond

This property requires a security bond of $500. 

The bond will be provided by processing a pre-authorisation to the physical credit card upon check in. The credit card must be in the name of the person (or company) in whose name the booking was made. 

If you are arriving after hours, the bond may be paid by:

a)      charging a transaction to a debit or credit card in the name of the booking, or

b)     in advance of check-in by depositing cleared funds via EFT to our trust account, not less than five days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Access to your accommodation will not be provided until this process is completed.
