The air-conditioned open plan lounge, kitchen and dining spaces are ideal for a family retreat, opening out onto the light filled patio courtyard through glass sliding doors. Curl up or spread out on the spacious family-sized modular lounge in front of the TV. Dine and enjoy family meals indoors or out with a table for six indoors and in the courtyard. Upstairs the master bedroom enjoys a private balcony and ensuite with spa bath. The other bedrooms are upstairs as well as a main bathroom.

For your comfort there is air conditioning for summer and heating for winter. There’s an extra toilet and laundry downstairs for convenience and an extra toilet and laundry. Feel safe with lock up garage and enclosed secure courtyard.
